Job Summary

This role will support our laboratory teams by taking responsibility for day-to-day housekeeping, ensuring the maintenance of high-quality data output. Key responsibilities include waste management, laboratory cleaning, maintenance of communal lab areas, stock management, sample inventory, buffer preparation, and supply of clean labware.

Requirements

You will hold at least 2 A-Levels (or equivalent) including Biology and Chemistry. Recent experience working in a laboratory environment is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, is required. Understanding of service contracts, RAMs, and Method statements is also necessary.

You will work well in a team, organize workloads, and communicate effectively. Experience in buffer preparation and following standard operating procedures is advantageous. Familiarity with cell culture laboratories is also beneficial.
