RedRock Resourcing is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Automation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving the quality and reliability of our software products.

Responsibilities:

  • Review, optimize, and maintain the current automation framework to ensure seamless integration with our software development life cycle.
  • Lead and expand test automation throughout the organization, collaborating closely with the Test Manager to drive strategic improvement.
  • Coach and mentor the existing QA team in automation, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Develop and implement automation frameworks from the ground up, leveraging expertise in unit, integration, and cross-browser testing approaches.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for automation and develop strategies for implementation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in automation testing, ensuring our organization remains at the forefront of quality assurance.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in test automation, with a strong background in Agile environments.
  • Proven track record of leading and coaching automation teams, with a focus on driving quality and efficiency.
  • Substantial understanding of software development life cycles, with experience in financial services industry highly desirable.
  • Excellent knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices, with expertise in C#, TypeScript, and Playwright.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
