About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lounge Supervisor to join our team at Upperdeck Glasgow airport. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest quality of service in our lounge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise a team of service staff to ensure seamless delivery of service and high-quality food and beverage presentation.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service, food safety, and hygiene in the lounge.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food and beverage service.
  • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Provide training and coaching to service staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role in a hospitality or customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve high standards of service.
