Role Overview

In the position of 3D Animator, your primary responsibility will be to craft innovative layouts that are both visually striking and effective, in accordance with our brand standards. You will engage with project briefs and pose insightful questions to gain a comprehensive understanding, ensuring the delivery of high-quality outputs while collaborating with our technical and engineering teams across various locations and time zones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in 3D modeling with a focus on animation.
  • Create animations and edit video content.
  • Establish scenes, manage lighting, textures, and develop camera paths.
  • Produce a variety of design assets, ranging from brochures to social media graphics.
  • Generate product renders in multiple formats.
  • Design 360-degree interactive visuals.
  • Develop presentation materials for clients.
  • Create marketing collateral.
  • Design corporate branding elements.
  • Foster strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate across different time zones to meet stakeholder needs.
  • Ensure compliance with product standards and alignment with the Kingspan Marketing Integrity manual.
  • Perform any other reasonable tasks as required.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Professional experience as a 3D Animator at a Junior to Midweight level (Blender).
  • A degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in Blender, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Experience in producing animations and editing video content.
  • Desktop publishing skills, including layout design, text formatting, and the creation of interactive PDFs and print-ready files.
  • Competence in the full suite of MS Office applications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with individuals at all organizational levels confidently.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively plan across multiple time zones.
  • A proactive approach, capable of setting personal objectives and thriving under pressure, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • A willingness to travel, as this role may require it.
