Your Role
As a 3D Animator, your primary responsibility will be to create visually captivating layouts that resonate with our brand identity. You will interpret briefs effectively, posing insightful questions to ensure a thorough understanding that leads to high-quality outputs. Collaboration with our technical and engineering teams across various locations and time zones will be essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in 3D modeling with a focus on animation.
- Produce animations and edit video content.
- Establish scenes, manage lighting, textures, and design camera movements.
- Create diverse design assets ranging from brochures to social media graphics.
- Generate product renders in multiple formats.
- Develop 360-degree interactive visual graphics.
- Prepare customer presentation materials.
- Design marketing literature.
- Craft corporate branding elements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate across various time zones to meet stakeholder needs.
- Ensure compliance with product standards and alignment with the Kingspan Marketing Integrity manual.
- Perform any other reasonable tasks as required.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will:
- Possess professional experience as a 3D Animator at a Junior to Midweight level (Blender).
- Hold a degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
- Be proficient in Blender, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Have a background in producing animations and editing video content.
- Demonstrate desktop publishing skills, including layout design, text formatting, and the creation of interactive PDFs and print-ready files.
- Be adept in using the full MS Office suite.
- Exhibit strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with individuals at all organizational levels confidently.
- Show exceptional attention to detail.
- Possess excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to plan effectively across multiple time zones.
- Be a self-motivated individual capable of setting personal objectives and working efficiently under pressure, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Be open to travel, as this role may require it.
