Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure prompt responses to customer inquiries, maintaining minimal turnaround times.
  • Address and resolve customer disputes effectively.
  • Manage the processing of quotations and sales orders.
  • Collaborate with various departments to guarantee timely fulfillment of orders.
  • Keep comprehensive records of all orders, including their status, tracking details, and any specific customer requests.
  • Provide feedback on all quotes that did not convert into orders.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for aerospace clients, handling inquiries, delivering product information, and resolving issues swiftly.
  • Foster strong customer relationships by delivering outstanding service and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Professionally manage customer complaints and escalate complex issues as necessary.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to sales, including quotes, contracts, and invoices.
  • Ensure all documentation aligns with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Assist in creating reports and presentations for sales meetings and client presentations.
  • Work with the sales team to establish and monitor sales forecasts, targets, and performance metrics.
  • Support the development of sales proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Organize and schedule sales meetings, including travel arrangements and logistics.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and contact lists.
  • Analyze sales data, including revenue, margins, and market trends, to aid in decision-making.
  • Generate reports and summaries to provide insights into sales performance.
  • Ensure compliance of all sales activities with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and correspondence handling.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2-3 years of proven sales experience, ideally within the aerospace industry.
  • Strong understanding of aerospace products, terminology, and industry standards.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Customer-oriented mindset.
