Aerospace Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure prompt responses to customer inquiries, maintaining minimal turnaround times.
- Address and resolve customer disputes effectively.
- Manage the processing of quotations and sales orders.
- Collaborate with various departments to guarantee timely fulfillment of orders.
- Keep comprehensive records of all orders, including their status, tracking details, and any specific customer requests.
- Provide feedback on all quotes that did not convert into orders.
- Serve as the main point of contact for aerospace clients, handling inquiries, delivering product information, and resolving issues swiftly.
- Foster strong customer relationships by delivering outstanding service and ensuring satisfaction.
- Professionally manage customer complaints and escalate complex issues as necessary.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to sales, including quotes, contracts, and invoices.
- Ensure all documentation aligns with industry regulations and company policies.
- Assist in creating reports and presentations for sales meetings and client presentations.
- Work with the sales team to establish and monitor sales forecasts, targets, and performance metrics.
- Support the development of sales proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Organize and schedule sales meetings, including travel arrangements and logistics.
- Maintain and update customer databases and contact lists.
- Analyze sales data, including revenue, margins, and market trends, to aid in decision-making.
- Generate reports and summaries to provide insights into sales performance.
- Ensure compliance of all sales activities with legal and regulatory standards.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and correspondence handling.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field is preferred.
- 2-3 years of proven sales experience, ideally within the aerospace industry.
- Strong understanding of aerospace products, terminology, and industry standards.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with CRM systems.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
