Job Title: Beauty Supply Chain Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Beauty Supply Chain Manager to oversee the strategic maintenance material supply contracts for our organisation. The successful candidate will ensure robust contract and performance management, manage material usage and costs, and identify improvements to streamline the purchasing operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the process and controls of material usage and costs
  2. Ensure the right products are available to meet operational needs while ensuring value for money and full transparency of costs
  3. Identify improvements and set up new processes and systems to streamline the purchasing operation
  4. Negotiate with external stakeholders and work with internal teams to ensure effective contract management
  5. Be conversant with procurement methodologies and techniques

Requirements:

  • Experience of managing supply contracts, ideally within the social housing sector
  • Good contract management experience and financial and commercial acumen
  • Successful track record of negotiating with external stakeholders and working with internal teams
  • Adaptability to change, collaboration with others, and desire to improve the lives of diverse customers
