Lead the Way in Care Home Management

Care UK is seeking a dedicated and experienced Home Manager to join our team at Oxbow Manor Care Home. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the care home, ensuring exceptional care and services are delivered to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership and management to all staff employed in the home.
  • Promote a culture of excellence, adhering to the latest guidelines, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure effective financial and commercial management of the home, aligning with company policy.
  • Maintain high resident satisfaction and build strong relationships with relatives, residents, and external agencies.
What We're Looking For:
  • 2-3+ years of experience in a Home Manager role.
  • Proven track record in caring for older people in Residential and Dementia settings.
  • Ability to manage budgets and accounts effectively.
  • Knowledge of the Care Standards Act and Health and Safety Legislation.
  • Capacity to drive innovation and improvement in care services.
