About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team at RAW Talent. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities across various regions through proactive lead generation, client engagement, and responding to non-contract enquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales targets for new business and opportunity conversion rates.
  • Submit quotations within agreed timeframes and maintain updates through the sales portal.
  • Actively promote the company and identify new business areas.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth handovers on secured contracts.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales or business development (any industry).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
