Homes for Students is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to join our Bridleworks Team in Glasgow. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the management of our property, ensuring the highest standards of health and safety, compliance, and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the property's infrastructure, including structure, external and internal fabric, and M&E services.
- Oversee the completion of our CAFM system and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation.
- Implement and maintain health and safety policies and procedures, ensuring a positive H&S culture throughout the team.
- Work closely with the Property Manager and property team to deliver high-quality reactive maintenance and exceptional customer service.
- Manage contracts and resolve disputes, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery.
- Strong background in property/facilities management and health and safety.
- Relevant industry training is desirable (IRPM, ARLA, RICS, IWFM, IOSH, IFE, FPA).
- Management of team and working cross-departmentally.
- Track record of managing projects, contractors, and maintenance functions.
- Previous experience in residential property (PBSA, hospitality, or private rental sector preferred).
