Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality audits and checks for mobile in-transit cleaning operatives to ensure they meet client specifications and output standards.
  • Identify and deliver coaching and development needs of in-transit operatives, supporting the roll-out of new initiatives.
  • Report and share movements, interactions, and findings with the management team.
  • Continuously improve in-transit standards, processes, and methods of work to maximize effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to in-transit staff as needed.

About You:

  • Applicants must have the right to work in the UK
  • Previous experience as an Auditor, Coach, Team Leader, or Supervisor is desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent customer service and people skills.
  • Able to work to deadlines and prioritize tasks, with flexibility in working hours and days.
  • Excellent attention to detail is required.
  • Comfortable and experienced in engaging with, challenging professionally, and providing constructive feedback to the operative workforce.
  • Eperience in supervising a team is essential.
