Position:
Supportive Care Assistant (Nights)

Working Hours:
As needed - flexible schedule

Compensation:
£12.96 per hour

Location:
St Oswalds Retirement Village, Gloucester

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive domiciliary care to residents, including physical and personal assistance, as well as support for social activities.
  • Promote and support the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of our residents.
  • Encourage independence and foster self-confidence among residents.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with our policies.

Candidate Requirements:
  • Possess a care certificate or be willing to pursue a care qualification.
  • Be personable, an effective communicator, and a collaborative team member.
  • Demonstrate a passion for delivering high-quality care services.
  • Exhibit flexibility in working hours.
