A well-established wealth management firm, JJ Search Limited, is seeking a skilled Corporate Actions Analyst to join their Middle Office team.

The Role

The Corporate Actions Analyst will be responsible for the preparation, checking, and dispatch of corporate action communications to clients, providing clear and concise information about the terms of the event and the options available to the client.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Front Office team and the Back Office team to ensure seamless communication and efficient processing of corporate actions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and dispatch corporate action communications to clients in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide clear and concise information about the terms of the event and the options available to the client.
  • Work closely with the Front Office team and the Back Office team to ensure seamless communication and efficient processing of corporate actions.
  • Support the business in respect of all corporate action related issues and queries, including liaising with the Corporate Actions team at Platform Securities.
  • Be responsible for thoroughly checking and submitting placing orders for IPOs, as well as the regular trading and settlement of client transactions.
  • Undertake ad hoc tasks as required, providing support to both the Advisors and clients.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience within Corporate Actions within Middle Office/Investment Management - essential.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work well within a team.
  • Have a can-do attitude with good prioritization skills.
