We're a leading property recruitment agency, BBL Property Recruitment, working with a medium-sized, boutique managing agent who has experienced organic growth year on year. This has led to a requirement for additional staff to oversee their portfolio of RMC/RTM sites, smaller bespoke settled new builds, and conversions.
The ideal candidate will have a stable career history, ideally underpinned by a related professional qualification (IRPM/RICS), and be fully experienced in all aspects of leasehold management, from budgets to insurance and major works. They will be able to lead and guide property managers and assistants, and have some home working flexibility.
The successful candidate will enjoy a starting salary up to £60k (possibly negotiable on experience) and work within modern, vibrant offices with a friendly, supportive team environment and excellent long-term career options.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage long-retained, valued blocks with full accountability
- Lead and guide property managers and assistants
- Manage budgets, insurance, and major works
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements:
- Stable career history with related professional qualification (IRPM/RICS)
