Ekstedt at The Yard is the flagship restaurant of Great Scotland Yard Hotel, bringing Michelin-starred chef Niklas Ekstedt's signature style of wood-fired old Nordic cooking to the UK for the first time.

The restaurant focuses on Scandinavian cooking techniques using the best seasonal local ingredients, featuring a menu of signature dishes, an inventive cocktail menu, and an extensive wine list.
