Located in the heart of Mayfair, Claridge's is a renowned Art Deco icon and a benchmark for understated elegance. With a rich history dating back to the 1850s, Claridge's has perfected the art of delivering luxurious experiences. Our hotel boasts an impressive array of amenities, including the famous all-day dining and Afternoon Tea restaurant, the 'Foyer & Reading Room', L'Epicerie, and three bars: Claridge's Bar, the intimate Fumoir, and the effortlessly elegant Painter's Room.

As a Lobby Host/Hostess, you will:

• Deliver a warm and efficient service to all guests, maintaining the highest standards at all times.
• Be responsible for welcoming and escorting guests in a friendly and professional manner, embodying the spirit of excellent service.
• Ensure a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly.
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
