We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to join our team at BJF GROUP LIMITED. As a Commercial Manager, you will play a key role in driving our business forward and contributing to our growth and development.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with our delivery teams to ensure compliance with commercial policies, processes, and controls.
- Review and address commercial issues related to operations.
- Collate and compile daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Work closely with clients to resolve commercial disputes and contractual challenges.
- Attend client meetings and provide excellent communication skills.
- Identify areas of commercial growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Monitor, review, and measure processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Compile and submit applications for contracts and tenders.
- Hold regular commercial reviews with the delivery team, senior management, and clients.
- Support in the creation and submission of tender documents.
- Manage contract variations and ensure timely sign-off.
- Identify trends through analysis and drive delivery strategy accordingly.
- Travel across various regions, including Hampshire, Dorset, and Wiltshire.
- Work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Excellent skills in Excel and data analysis.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail.
- Previous commercial experience and in-depth understanding of Hard FM service delivery contracts.
- Previous experience in managing a small team.
