Commercial Manager Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager to join our FM Division at BJF Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance and adherence to commercial policies, processes, and controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with ops teams to ensure compliance and adherence to commercial policies, processes, and controls.
  • Review and address commercial issues in respect to operations.
  • Collate and compile daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Work closely with clients to resolve commercial disputes and contractual challenges.
  • Attend client meetings.
  • Monitor, review, and measure processes.
  • Compile and submit applications.
  • Hold regular commercial reviews with teams, Ops team, Senior management, and clients.
  • Support in tender creations and submissions ready for sign off.
  • Manage for sign off all contract variations with support from Ops Team.

Requirements:

  • Previous commercial experience of Hard FM contracts.
  • Previous experience in managing a small team.
  • Excellent with Excel.
  • Excellent data analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
