Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our Account Management team. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving targeted contract values for new and incremental business.
Key Responsibilities- Build and support an account management team to drive sales growth and achieve targeted contract values.
- Maintain and grow existing accounts to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Manage a pipeline of sales opportunities and ensure the 30/60/90 days funnel is growing.
- Ensure effective selling and promoting of our full-service portfolio into existing accounts.
- Manage performance issues in a timely and structured manner to ensure required levels of performance are achieved across the team.
- Provide weekly/monthly/quarterly forecasts to the VP, Enterprise Business.
- Ensure the team gains and maintains the required level of product knowledge.
- Create a motivational team culture and a competitive success-driven team culture through high-profile reporting and recognition.
- Run structured team meetings to communicate and gather forecasting, performance, and relevant developments.
- Develop strong relationships at the management level in key dependency groups such as Product, Pricing, and Service Delivery to support the sales effort.
- Work with the UK Marketing Manager to drive the best value from the marketing budget and activity with a prime focus on lead generation and touching key target prospects in our addressable market.
- High integrity and high credibility to lead by example when handling C-level discussions and negotiations.
- Able to earn and command the respect of the team, peers, and colleagues in other departments.
