We are seeking a Regulatory Legal Counsel to join our team at LHH Recruitment. This role is pivotal in providing legal support primarily within the UK, with some involvement in the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver legal and regulatory advice to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Provide guidance on compliance matters including anti-trust laws, data protection, industry standards, and advertising regulations.
- Conduct research and prepare legal briefings and advisory notes.
- Address various legal inquiries and oversee external legal counsel as necessary.
Experience in the FMCG, Consumer Goods, or Retail sectors, whether in-house or from private practice, is advantageous but not mandatory.
Applicants should possess:
- Strong expertise in managing a diverse range of commercial contracts.
- Familiarity with relevant legislation such as the UK Bribery Act, FCPA, Modern Slavery Act, and UK Competition Law is preferred.
The position offers a competitive salary of up to £100,000 per annum, complemented by a car allowance, dual bonus structure, and additional benefits.
Work EnvironmentThis role supports a hybrid working model, allowing for a balanced approach between office and remote work.
