  • Deliver client-focused support services to members of the Irish community, including appointment-based and drop-in services.
  • Provide support to vulnerable individuals, including those with age-related issues, poor physical or mental health, homelessness, and social isolation.
  • Complete initial assessments of service users' needs and make onward referrals to statutory and voluntary support agencies as appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and report on client progress.
  • Facilitate the successful running of ICCM's health and wellbeing activities.
  • Promote the wider work of ICCM and facilitate pathways to support where needed.
  • Maintain best practice in safeguarding and commit to continuous professional development.
