We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Care Assistant to join our Specialist Care Team in North Manchester. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to live independently and promoting their well-being.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist individuals with daily living tasks, including personal care, medication management, and household chores.
- Support individuals to access local community resources, such as shopping, social events, and healthcare services.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure high-quality care and support is delivered.
- A competitive hourly rate, with enhanced rates for evening and weekend shifts.
- A guaranteed number of hours per week, with flexibility to work part-time or full-time.
