We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Band 5 Staff Nurse to join our Paediatric Critical Care Unit at The James Cook University Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to critically ill children and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized care to patients and their families, taking into account their unique needs and circumstances.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to foster a positive and supportive work environment.
- Current registration with the NMC as a RSCN/Child Branch nurse.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
