About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Park Ranger to join our team at Wealden Leisure Limited. As a Park Ranger, you will be responsible for the daily operational requirements of our sporting and recreational facilities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operational requirements of our sporting and recreational facilities, including the maintenance of outdoor facilities and the Kiosk.
  • Undertake regular patrols to deter vandalism, misuse, and anti-social behavior, ensuring a high-profile presence on the Park.
  • Be responsible for the health, safety, and welfare of yourself and employees you are working with.
  • Conduct daily inspections and routine maintenance of the children's play area, ensuring it is safe and well-maintained.
  • Represent Wealden Leisure Limited in a professional manner, providing excellent customer care and assisting Park users with general inquiries and tackling anti-social behavior.
  • Ensure all areas of the Park are maintained and presented to the highest standards.
  • Provide accurate written records of inspections and duties in line with current working procedures.
  • Maintain security of all Park buildings and facilities, ensuring the site is appropriately opened and closed at published times.
  • Assist with the running and maintenance of our Kiosk.
