Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Park Ranger to join our team at Freedom Leisure. As a Park Ranger, you will be responsible for the daily operational requirements of our sporting and recreational facilities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operational requirements of our sporting and recreational facilities, including maintenance and upkeep of outdoor facilities and the Kiosk.
  • Conduct regular patrols to deter vandalism, misuse, and anti-social behavior, ensuring a high-profile presence on the Park.
  • Be responsible for the health, safety, and welfare of yourself and employees you are working with.
  • Perform daily inspections and routine maintenance of the children's play area.
  • Represent Freedom Leisure in a professional manner, providing excellent customer care and assisting Park users with general inquiries.
  • Ensure all areas of the Park are maintained and presented to the highest standards.
  • Provide accurate written records of inspections and duties in line with current working procedures.
  • Maintain security of all Park buildings and facilities, ensuring the site is appropriately opened and closed at published times.
  • Assist with the running and maintenance of our Kiosk.

Requirements

  • High standards of work and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • First Aid Qualification desirable.
