We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Services Manager to join our team at Greenwood & Partners Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the consistent delivery of facilities management technical advice and support services to our clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Direct the M&E Service provider to deliver high-quality maintenance and ensure full statutory compliance.
- Ownership of all technical aspects of the site, working closely with the Senior Building Manager to ensure all services necessary are provided for the full and effective operation of the site.
- Liaise regularly with all occupiers, keeping them informed of all technical works and services within the buildings that could impact tenant operations.
- Ensure the site O&M portal is maintained with the current site technical documentation and drawings.
- Assist with the completion of Way leave Agreements and Licences to Alter, inputting into the technical aspects as required.
- Assist the Management Surveyor in the provision of formal written reports and attend client meetings as required.
- Work with the Building management team in relation to the on-going management of energy, sustainability, and initiatives.
Candidates will have significant knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering systems and the operation and maintenance of building services systems. A sound understanding of H&S compliance and a NEBOSH qualification are also desirable.
