About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and talented Private Client Solicitor to join our dynamic team at Nucleus Precision Consultants Ltd. As a key member of our Private Client department, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of matters, including wills, probate, estate planning, trusts, and Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage a varied caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, estate administration, and trusts.
  2. Advise clients on inheritance tax planning and wealth management.
  3. Draft wills and trusts documents, and handle applications for probate.
  4. Liaise with clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  5. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in legislation.
  6. Work collaboratively with other departments within the firm to provide a comprehensive service to clients.
About You
  1. Qualifications: You will be a Newly Qualified Solicitor (NQ) or have up to 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in private client work.
  2. Skills: Strong drafting, communication, and organizational skills. You should be detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  3. Client-Focused: A genuine interest in helping clients manage their personal and family affairs.
  4. Proactive: Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a positive and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  5. Ambitious: Keen to develop your career in private client law and contribute to the ongoing success of the department.
