Get Recruited are working with a well-established business that offers luxury services to clients. Due to growth, they are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to support their team. As the Sales Administrator, you will work closely with Sales Consultants and manage day-to-day administration duties.
The Role:
- Manage day-to-day administration tasks.
- Liaise with clients, respond to enquiries, and compile confirmation documents.
- Ensure travel arrangements are accurate.
- Update travel itineraries and notify clients.
- Handle customer enquiries via phone and email.
- Organize payments.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in an office environment, sales support, or administration.
