Job Summary:

Just IT Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team as a Desk Side Support Engineer. As a key member of our Workplace Service Centre, you will be responsible for providing 1st line technical support to our colleagues, ensuring that workplace problems are resolved quickly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a single point of contact to internal colleagues reporting IT-related incidents.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues at the first level to minimize downtime for colleagues.
  • Obtain both technical information and business impact to enable support teams to resolve incidents effectively.
  • Excellent ability to troubleshoot and problem solve.

Requirements:

  • Living in the West Midlands.
  • Be employed, self-employed, career changers, returners to work or unemployed within the last 12 months.
  • Have access to a reliable internet connection with a PC/Laptop.
  • Have the right to live and work in the UK.
