Key Responsibilities:
As a Financial Ledger Specialist, you will be responsible for:
  • Maintaining and updating computerized financial records to ensure precision and reliability.
  • Generating Work in Progress (WIP) reports and managing sales accounting data.
  • Supervising the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) process to guarantee accurate processing of all contractors.
  • Providing management with regular updates on financial performance metrics.
  • Reconciling supplier ledgers to ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Overseeing the payroll process, including the management of employee timesheets.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks, correspondence, and inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Proficiency in Sage and Excel, demonstrating strong IT capabilities.
  • A background in Finance or Accounting, with AAT certification preferred.
  • Familiarity with CIS and Payroll legislation.
