As a Course Operations Manager, you will lead a dedicated team focused on the successful organization and execution of our events.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Establishing and nurturing professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, collaborating with various departments to ensure comprehensive support for our clients and their training needs.
- Continuously reviewing, monitoring, and summarizing feedback from clients and participants.
- Managing and tracking cases in our customer relationship management system on a daily basis.
- Overseeing course scheduling and assessing course viability.
- Occasional travel within the UK may be required.
- Demonstrated experience in designing training programs and solutions tailored for accountants and tax professionals.
- Proficient in Excel and data management.
