Key Responsibilities:
- Perform polishing and finishing work on vehicles to ensure a high-quality, glossy finish after painting.
- Remove any imperfections such as dust nibs, scratches, and swirl marks from painted surfaces using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Utilize a variety of polishing compounds, buffing machines, and hand polishing tools to achieve an impeccable finish.
- Ensure all work is completed to meet the company's quality standards and customer expectations.
- Maintain polishing equipment and tools in good working condition and ensure a clean, safe work environment.
- Collaborate closely with the paint and prep teams to ensure efficient workflow and quality control.
Qualifications and Experience:
