About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Factory Administrator to join our team at Ibstock Brick. As a key member of our factory operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Factory Manager and TPM team in maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Administer orders, dispatch, goods received, invoices, PPE, health and safety environmental records
  • Manage raw material and PPE stock control and production reports
  • Provide administrative support to the Factory Manager and other managers, including organizing on-site meetings and general clerical duties
  • Control petty cash, cash sales, and banking
  • Handle general reception and telephone duties
  • Input and maintain the Agility (PPM) system
Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Previous administration experience
  • High degree of computer literacy and numeric skills
  • Able to work under pressure, prioritize workload, and use own initiative
  • Flexible and enthusiastic individual with a strong team spirit
  • Self-discipline and ability to multitask
  • Experience with JD Edwards and other software used by the company
