Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Factory Worker to join our team. As a Factory Worker, you will be responsible for assisting in the production process and ensuring the efficient operation of the factory. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in the engineering environment and contribute to the creation of high-quality products.

Hours 4on 4off - 6am-6pm shift

Please note weekends are included

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform various tasks on the production line, such as assembling, packaging, and labeling products
- Operate machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Conduct basic mathematical calculations to measure ingredients and quantities accurately
- Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean environment
- Follow proper handling procedures for raw materials and finished products
- Assist in inventory management by organizing and storing materials appropriately
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals efficiently

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred
- Basic knowledge of mechanical operations is a plus
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects when required
