Role Overview:


As part of their growth strategy, Cityscape is looking to recruit a Junior / Assistant Quantity Surveyor to strengthen their commercial team. This role is ideal for candidates with 1-2 years of post-graduate experience.

The primary responsibility of this position is to assist Senior Quantity Surveyors in the effective commercial and financial oversight of steelwork and enabling work projects and tenders across Central London.


Candidate Requirements:
To be considered for this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of post-graduate experience in the construction or civil engineering sector
  • A strong interest in structural steelwork and general enabling works
  • Proficiency in IT, particularly with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
  • A relevant degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related field

Compensation and Benefits:


For candidates with the appropriate level of experience, Cityscape offers a competitive salary ranging from £30,000 to £35,000 per annum, along with standard benefits associated with a leading civil engineering contractor.
