Key Responsibilities

  • Scientific Strategy and Planning: Develop scientific strategy to inform tactical planning of accounts, both internally and with clients.
  • Manage Editorial Resources: Oversee the management of editorial resources, ensuring efficient use of time and talent.
  • Drive Organic Growth: Identify and pursue organic growth opportunities on accounts, contributing scientific insight to proposals and pitches.

Requirements
  • Agency Experience: Extensive experience in a medical writing agency, with a track record of scientific and editorial leadership for large and complex accounts.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with high emotional intelligence and the ability to adapt your approach according to the needs of clients and teams.
  • Scientific Knowledge and Regulations: Excellent understanding of pharmaceutical regulations, including ABPI, GPP3, and ICMJE.
  • Event and Digital Experience: Experience in delivering events and digital projects, with a strong understanding of the latest trends and technologies.
