Job Overview:
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the operational efficiency of our manufacturing equipment and facilities. Your primary objective will be to enhance equipment reliability while minimizing downtime through effective maintenance practices.

Core Responsibilities:
1. Execute repairs on various types of machinery and equipment in a safe and professional manner.
2. Assist in the formulation of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules.
3. Implement PPM schedules and respond to work orders as required.
4. Collaborate with visiting specialist engineers when necessary.
5. Report breakdown causes, equipment faults, and concerns to the line manager.
6. Conduct troubleshooting to resolve minor repair issues.
7. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) effectively.
8. Prioritize and plan workload to support production goals and optimize working time.
9. Contribute to achieving daily production targets.
10. Complete job tickets and CMMS entries promptly and accurately.

1. Adhere to the Health & Safety Policy to identify and manage risks effectively.
2. Foster a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.
3. Ensure that all processes comply with relevant health and safety regulations.
