Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out routine monitoring tasks in line with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Act as an ambassador for our company, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Collect and document water samples from multiple properties, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Complete and submit all necessary documentation related to work carried out, adhering to company processes and procedures.
  • Perform water system clean and disinfections in accordance with company protocols.
  • Test, service, and monitor thermostatic mixing valves, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Conduct simple remedial plumbing tasks, where qualified.
  • Analyze, test, and dose closed systems, adhering to industry guidelines and best practices.
  • Set up and flush closed low-temperature hot water and chilled systems, following BSRIA guidelines.
  • Test and check chlorine dioxide systems and equipment, ensuring accurate and safe operation.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers, providing regular updates and progress reports.
  • Conduct regular vehicle inspections, reporting any damage or issues to management.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and customers, promoting a positive and professional work environment.
  • Take personal responsibility for health and safety, reporting any potential hazards or incidents to management.
Requirements
  • Hold a full UK driving license.
  • Be able to provide a full DBS check, which will be paid for by the company.
  • Hold a valid CSCS card.
  • Have experience in flushing and chemical cleaning, with a strong understanding of industry regulations and best practices.
  • Exhibit excellent customer communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Be punctual and have good time management skills, with basic IT skills and the ability to learn new software and systems.
  • Having plumbing experience would be beneficial, but not essential.
