Civil Engineering Site Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineering Site Supervisor to join our team at Vista Civil Engineering Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a focus on delivering high-quality highway works while ensuring compliance with Health and Safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise highway construction works and report to the Group Engineering Manager on progress.
  • On-site management of the construction team and visitors for the duration of the Civil Engineering works.
  • Project manage multiple Civil Engineering projects, ensuring all specifications are adhered to.
  • Monitor construction works, including sub-contractor supervision and site record reporting.
  • Liaise with local authorities, including compiling and submitting adoption documentation.
  • Conduct site investigation works and inspections, and review/produce CAD drawings.
Requirements:
  • Experience in Project Management and Residential House Building.
  • Background and understanding of Civil Engineering principles.
  • AutoCAD skills and ability to manage and deliver completion of projects on time and in budget.
  • UK Driving License and Microsoft Office competence.
