A Operation Technical Limited está em busca de um Gerente de Projetos experiente para liderar e gerenciar a integração do SAP S4HANA com o Planejamento de Negócios Integrado (IBP). O candidato ideal deve ter um histórico comprovado em gerenciamento de projetos, especialmente em ambientes SAP, e possuir um entendimento profundo dos processos e tecnologias da cadeia de suprimentos. Esta função envolve a coordenação de equipes multifuncionais, gerenciamento de cronogramas de projetos, orçamentos e a garantia da entrega bem-sucedida de projetos de integração que estejam alinhados com os objetivos empresariais.

Principais Responsabilidades:

1. Planejamento e Gestão de Projetos:

- Definir o escopo do projeto, objetivos e entregáveis em colaboração com a alta administração e partes interessadas.

- Desenvolver planos de projeto detalhados, incluindo cronogramas, orçamentos, alocação de recursos e estratégias de gerenciamento de riscos.

- Monitorar e relatar o progresso do projeto, garantindo a entrega pontual dentro do orçamento e do escopo.

2. Liderança de Equipe:

- Liderar e motivar os membros da equipe do projeto, fornecendo direção clara e suporte durante todo o ciclo de vida do projeto.

- Facilitar a comunicação e colaboração eficazes entre equipes multifuncionais, incluindo TI, cadeia de suprimentos e unidades de negócios.

- Conduzir reuniões regulares da equipe, atualizações de status e revisões de projeto.

3. Supervisão de Integração e Técnica:

- Supervisionar a integração do SAP S4HANA com o IBP, garantindo um fluxo de dados contínuo e sincronização de processos.

- Coordenar com equipes técnicas para projetar, configurar e testar soluções de integração.

- Garantir conformidade com as melhores práticas e padrões da indústria para integração SAP.

4. Gestão de Stakeholders:

- Engajar com partes interessadas chave para coletar requisitos, abordar preocupações e gerenciar expectativas.

- Fornecer atualizações regulares do projeto e garantir alinhamento com os objetivos empresariais.

- Facilitar workshops e sessões de treinamento para stakeholders conforme necessário.

5. Gestão de Riscos e Problemas:

- Identificar riscos e problemas potenciais relacionados ao projeto de integração e desenvolver estratégias de mitigação.

- Monitorar e gerenciar riscos do projeto, escalando problemas para a alta administração quando necessário.

- Garantir a resolução oportuna de problemas relacionados ao projeto.

6. Garantia de Qualidade:

- Implementar processos de garantia de qualidade para garantir a integridade e confiabilidade das soluções de integração.

- Realizar testes e validações minuciosas dos componentes de integração antes da implantação.

- Garantir a documentação de todos os processos e configurações de integração.

Experiência:

- Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência em gerenciamento de projetos com foco em ambientes SAP.

- Experiência comprovada em gerenciar projetos de integração do SAP S4HANA com o IBP.

- Forte compreensão dos processos da cadeia de suprimentos e funcionalidades do SAP IBP.

Habilidades:

- Excelentes habilidades de gerenciamento de projetos, incluindo planejamento, programação, orçamento e alocação de recursos.

- Fortes habilidades de liderança e gerenciamento de equipe.

- Experiência prática com a integração dos módulos SAP S4HANA e IBP.

- Sólido entendimento de tecnologias e metodologias de integração.

- Habilidades excepcionais de comunicação, apresentação e gerenciamento de stakeholders.

- Capacidade de gerenciar múltiplos projetos simultaneamente e trabalhar efetivamente em um ambiente dinâmico.

- Certificação PMP, PMI-ACP ou similar em gerenciamento de projetos é preferencial.
