Company Overview:

At Cleva Europe Ltd, we pride ourselves on being a close-knit team of enthusiastic and innovative individuals. Our workplace fosters inclusivity, encouraging everyone to voice their ideas and assert themselves. We recognize that commitment stems from feeling appreciated, which is fundamental to our success.

As a subsidiary of Cleva, we specialize in designing and manufacturing outdoor power tools and a variety of domestic and professional appliances, including vacuum cleaners, dust extractors, and fans. Cleva Europe was founded in the UK to create our unique product lines under the LawnMaster and Vacmaster brands, while also supporting our expanding original design manufacturing operations for leading manufacturers and retailers.

Role Overview:

We are thrilled to announce an opportunity for two Junior Product Managers to join our growing team at Cleva Europe Ltd. This role provides the chance to collaborate within a broader product team, promoting a culture of shared objectives, and gaining diverse skills in product marketing while developing both B2B and B2C business insights.

This position has opened up due to our ongoing business expansion and the necessity to bolster our current product team as we embark on ambitious new product initiatives and market expansions.

We seek two candidates who will assist in managing product portfolios across our domestic floorcare, professional dust extraction, and outdoor power sectors within the UK and EU markets, covering both our proprietary and retail-branded products. Product management is a dynamic and essential function within our organization, encompassing a wide range of responsibilities from new product development to supporting senior product managers with marketing activities for product launches, aiding aftersales support, and analyzing customer feedback and market trends.

As a Junior Product Manager, you will collaborate closely with our existing product and sales teams in the UK, North America, and China. You will support senior product managers in identifying opportunities and shaping a product roadmap that ensures a compelling, viable, and profitable product range to meet our short and long-term business goals.

The ideal candidate will possess 1-2 years of experience in a product or marketing role within a related consumer goods field, with a strong passion for detail and organization.

As a Junior Product Manager, you will quickly become a product expert at Cleva Europe, guiding and supporting our sales and marketing teams with research-based insights into consumer needs, emerging categories, and evolving customer profiles.
