Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to join our team at Eiffage Génie Civil. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for overseeing the assembly process and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management
    • Coordinate with project managers and management to ensure smooth production processes
    • Provide regular updates and reports on production progress
    • Identify and mitigate potential production risks
  • Quality Assurance
    • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards
    • Conduct regular audits to ensure quality standards are met
  • Safety
    • Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
    • Conduct regular safety training sessions for production staff
  • HRM
    • Recruit, train, and develop production staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge
    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Production
    • Oversee the assembly process to ensure timely and efficient production
    • Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency
  • Maintenance, Inspection & Calibration
    • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure equipment is properly maintained
    • Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment is in good working condition
    Requirements
    • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
    • Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control procedures
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
