Mowgli Street Food, a renowned Indian Street Food chain, is seeking a talented Junior Sous Chef to join their dynamic team.

As a Junior Sous Chef, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen, working closely with the Head Chef and other team members to deliver exceptional food quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen operations.

•⁠ ⁠Supervise and coordinate the work of junior chefs, ensuring they meet high standards of food quality and presentation.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with the FOH team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

•⁠ ⁠Proven experience as a Junior Sous Chef or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

•⁠ ⁠Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide junior chefs.

•⁠ ⁠Excellent culinary skills, with a passion for Indian Street Food and a commitment to quality and innovation.

•⁠ ⁠Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
