About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Advisor to join our team at Avant Homes. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients, helping them to find their dream home.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one professional on-site sales consultations with clients, helping them to find their ideal home.
- Manage and coordinate all on-site sales and administration activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Maintain accurate knowledge of the progress of each plot on your development, updating clients on a weekly basis.
- Work closely with the Site Manager and Regional Sales Manager to ensure the development's quality and presentation standards are met.
- Assist in the production of key status reports and updates on all KPIs relating to sales on your development.
Requirements
- Previous experience of working onsite for a new homes developer within a targeted sales environment.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with a keen desire to work in a quality-driven business.
- Ability to demonstrate a passion for providing a first-class customer experience.
- Flexible attitude in relation to working pattern, with a full driving licence and own vehicle.
- Previous experience of working for a residential developer is essential.
