Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Furniture Finisher to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality finished products, managing the department, and driving improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate as a spraying expert, applying lacquer, prime paint, and top coats to achieve exceptional finishes.
  • Manage a team to ensure workload aligns with production needs, promoting efficiency and productivity.
  • Conduct quality assessments of pre- and post-finished products to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Maintain spray shop machinery and workspace, as well as manage waste control and excess product.
  • Support the sanding and filing of cabinetry for next phases of completion.
  • Utilize good organizational skills, a can-do attitude, and excellent attention to detail to drive success.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in furniture finishing, with a focus on spraying and quality control.
  • Ability to manage a team and prioritize tasks to meet production deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
