Key Responsibilities

The Lead Furniture/Cabinetry Finisher will be responsible for the delivery of finished products to the agreed quality and lead time required. They will also manage the department, machinery, and improvement developments, working alongside craftsmen with over 30 years of experience.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, the candidate must have the following skills and experience:

  • Ability to operate as a spraying expert and spray products with lacquer, prime paint, and top coats.
  • Ability to manage a team with regards to workload aligned with production needs.
  • Ability to quality assess pre and post-finished products.
  • Ability to maintain spray shop machinery and workspace, as well as manage waste control and excess product.
  • Ability to support the sanding and filing of cabinetry for next phases of completion.
  • Good organisation skills, a can-do attitude, and excellent attention to detail.
