Automotive Diagnostic Authoring Team Lead

Are you a skilled leader with a passion for automotive diagnostics? Do you have experience in technical authoring and a strong understanding of hybrid and electric vehicles? We are seeking an experienced Automotive Diagnostic Authoring Team Lead to join our team at CAD-IT Ltd.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of technical authors in the development and delivery of diagnostic technical information for a well-known automotive OEM. You will work closely with our engineering stakeholders to gather information and develop content that is accurate, concise, and easy to understand.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of technical authors in the development and delivery of diagnostic technical information
- Work closely with engineering stakeholders to gather information and develop content
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including diagnostic guides and troubleshooting procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content meets business requirements
- Provide training and mentoring to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively
- Proven experience in technical authoring, preferably in the automotive industry
- Strong understanding of hybrid and electric vehicles, including diagnostic procedures and troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex engineering information and develop clear, concise content
