Job Description

**Construction Manager - Westminster Project**

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join Salter Grange Limited on a self-employed basis for a high-profile project. This is an immediate start opportunity, with the first 8-10 months of the project focusing on structural works and demolition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the construction process, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Lead and motivate a team of professionals through critical structural phases.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors.
