Role Overview

This full-time on-site position is for a Repairs Scheduler / Operations Administrator based in Basildon. The successful candidate will handle daily administrative responsibilities, support operations management, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure efficient workflow within the organization.


Key Responsibilities

The primary duties include:

  • Organizing and scheduling work for field operatives to ensure optimal diary management.
  • Monitoring the system for urgent requests and addressing them promptly to meet performance targets.
  • Communicating with clients and operatives to facilitate smooth project completion.
  • Collaborating with team members to meet daily objectives, aiming for a minimum of 60 new job allocations each day.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A background in social housing and repair and maintenance.
  • Experience in job planning and scheduling using relevant systems.
  • A solid understanding of various trades and the associated job durations.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations, particularly regarding planning.
  • Proficient written English skills for effective communication.
  • Strong computer literacy.
