- A solid educational background.

Special Considerations
Essential Considerations:
- Appointment Coordinators are required to work with visual display units and keyboards, as well as interact with patients and other contacts both in person and over the phone.
- The outpatient services may operate during various hours, and staff may be expected to work on a rotational basis to cover absences.
